Delivery Info & FAQ's

All business retail orders are sent by 24 Hour courier for all orders placed before 1pm. 
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday only, weekend orders will be fulfilled Monday morning.
Prices are based on the number of items you purchase and the weight, this is calculated at checkout.
Times and services are below:

Royal Mail 2nd Class  2-3 Days. Maximum shipping time of 2 weeks.* £3.10

2-10 Items

(Over 2kg)


Average 1 working day, normally next day if purchased  before 1pm.


11-19 Items


Average 1 working day, normally next day if purchased  before 1pm. 


20+ Items



 Average 1 working day, normally next day if purchased  before 1pm.

We normally dispatch the same day, if your order is placed before 1pm.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, please check with the tracking via the carrier websites for any delays or service updates.

Click & Collect: 

Orders can be collected between 9:30-4:30 at 
G6, Units G4, Stephenson Cl, Hoddesdon EN11 0BW.
Please let us know when you are collecting, at least one hour before pick-up, so that we can ensure your order is ready.

Scottish Highlands, Ireland or Channel Island

These areas will incur higher postage charges which may be invoiced after purchase. 


We do accept returns if the product is in its original packaging, including cellophane wrappers.
However we DO NOT cover the return postage cost or refund you the original postage paid.

We are Buzz Sweets and Philon Nuts, started in 1993 and still going strong. We are a family business with an amazing team of individuals that help run our company to the highest standards.

Do your prices include VAT?

All the prices listed on our website are excluding VAT.

Do you sell abroad?

I haven’t received my item, what should I do?

If your item hasn’t been delivered within the timescale listed by the postage method you used (see above), then please contact us.

I am a Retailer and am a member of a retail group and get my invoices monthly, how can I use your website and not have to pay upfront?

In order to do this, we will need to set your account up in this way, so please contact us and provide your account details. You can state this in your account application notes, or tell us over the phone.
Once this is set up on your account, and you will be able to order products with us, we will deliver them and your payment will be collected from the group, with their normal invoices to you. 

Can I come to your premise to buy products?

Unfortunately we do not allow visits to our site in person to browse our products.
However, we do offer local pick-up. Please email us at to arrange this.
